Hi there! I’m Gladys Lars, and I’m excited to welcome you to Clarity2 Group. 

As a BIPOC and woman-owned management consulting and coaching firm, I bring over 25 years of experience and have partnered with more than 350 leaders to achieve high-priority goals, solve complex problems, and improve performance. 

I earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from UC Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.
